2. Description of Service

URLSkin provides:

• URL shortening
• QR code generation
• Temporary guest links
• Link analytics
• User accounts and saved URLs
• Subscription plans (processed through Paddle)

We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Users may create accounts using:

• Email + password
• Google login
• GitHub login

You agree to provide accurate information.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Migration (Guest to User)

If you create links as a non-logged user:

• A guestId is stored in cookies
• Links saved under this ID can be migrated upon login
• You can accept or discard these links

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use URLSkin to:

• Shorten or distribute malware, phishing links, scams, or harmful URLs
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities
• Bypass website restrictions
• Shorten URLs leading to adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Interfere with servers, networks, or security systems

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Link deletion
• Account suspension or termination
• Reporting activity to authorities

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements on the Service belong to URLSkin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.

6. Subscription & Payments (Paddle)

All payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Paddle's Terms of Use
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Charges in your selected currency

We do not handle or store credit card information.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or abusive behavior
• If required by law
• For non-payment of subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URLSkin’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime
• Link permanence
• Future feature availability
• Accuracy of analytics

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• URLSkin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• URLSkins total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bosnia and Herzegovina, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
