1. Overview

S-DESIGN (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the SaaS product URLSkin. All plans are delivered instantly and include automated systems and resources.

Accordingly:

• Purchases are final and non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.

• This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

2. Exceptions (Where Refunds May Be Considered)

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases, within 14 days of purchase:

• Duplicate accidental payment
• Technical error resulting in failed or unusable service
• Paddle's legal requirements for consumer protection in your country

All refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time via Paddle.

• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
• No pro-rated refunds are issued beyond the 14-day period.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your account may be suspended.
